Job Description
This is a part-time Exercise Physiology role with the opportunity to grow toward full-time as the practice develops.
You will deliver individualised, evidence-based exercise prescription and inclusive care that improves clients' physical health, mental well-being, and quality of life, while maintaining solid client retention and contributing to the sustainable growth of the clinical team.
Key responsibilities
Managing and progressing your own Exercise Physiology caseload
Completing accurate clinical documentation and administration on time
Building strong client relationships that support retention and continuity of care
Maintaining agreed caseload capacity and clinical performance standards
Contributing to appropriate word-of-mouth and professional referral growth
Working collaboratively with the clinical team as the clinic grows
About you
Sound understanding of anatomy, joint actions and safe exercise selection
Able to regress, progress, substitute and modify exercises appropriately
Can write practical, individualised exercise programs and monitor client response
Comfortable seeking support, receiving feedback and applying it to improve practice
Communicates clearly and adapts cues when the first explanation does not work
Required qualifications and checks
Bachelor's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology or an equivalent recognised qualification
Current accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with ESSA
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Current Blue Card and Yellow Card, or willingness to obtain before commencement
Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance, or willingness to obtain before commencement

Compensation
Graduate Exercise Physiologist: $34–$36/hour
Independent Exercise Physiologist: $38–$40/hour
Senior Exercise Physiologist: $40–$44/hour
Principal Exercise Physiologist: $44–$48/hour
Super is additional to the above hourly rates.
