Working closely with senior management and the wider team, you will have the opportunity to influence both the strategy and day-to-day delivery of marketing for an established and growing Australian financial services business.
This is a permanent part time, predominantly work-from-home position of approximately ***** hours per week, with the potential for the role and hours to grow over time.
Key responsibilities
Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
Managing and maintaining company websites
Managing and growing social media presence
Creating engaging content and copy for websites, social media, campaigns and communications
Supporting individual team members to develop their professional and digital presence
Developing and maintaining digital and printed marketing collateral
Coordinating client communications, EDMs and targeted marketing campaigns
Managing and improving SEO and online visibility
Monitoring website,
social media and campaign performance and using insights to continually improve results
Identifying new marketing opportunities and bringing forward fresh ideas
About you
Previous marketing experience within Australian financial services is essential
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements applying to financial services marketing and advertising, including relevant ASIC requirements
Comfortable creating engaging marketing while working within regulatory boundaries
Strategic thinking combined with willingness to be hands‐on
Strong capability across social media and social media management
Website management and content development experience
Content creation and copywriting skills
SEO and digital marketing experience
Email marketing and campaign management experience
Marketing analytics and performance reporting capability
