You'll work closely with our sales, administration and warehouse teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Key responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email and in person
Process customer orders and complete accurate data entry
Support the Sales Team with day to day tasks
Manage telephone, email and online sales enquiries
Learn and use customer management software
Produce and print labels using our computerised labelling system
Work collaboratively across sales, admin and warehouse teams
About you
Experience in customer service,



internal sales, administration or similar
A mature, professional approach and solid work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
A positive, proactive "can do" attitude
Sound judgement and problem solving skills
Ability to learn new systems quickly
