Job Description
Goodstart Rockingham is seeking an Assistant Director to support the Centre Director in leading a warm, 77-place learning environment.
You will mentor staff, drive high-quality early learning, and take charge in the Centre Director's absence while implementing the Goodstart Practice Guide.
The role is full time, 38 hours per week, with ongoing professional development and a pathway to leadership within a supportive team.
