Job Description
Calvary Adelaide Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Neurosurgery team as a Clinical Care Coordinator (0.8 FTE, four days per week).
The role focuses on care coordination, case management, and discharge planning to improve patient outcomes.
Reporting to the Clinical Care Coordinator Manager and Neurosurgical Clinical Manager, you will coordinate care from admission to discharge, work with surgeons, medical teams, and ward staff, and contribute to timely, protected patient
