EB Games is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering the EB Experience, and running an efficient store.
You will drive merchandising, inventory, financial and people processes, taking full responsibility in the manager's absence.
You will focus on exceptional customer service, achieving KPI targets, and coaching staff to build a high-performing team.
This full-time role requires versatile weekends, weeknights and public holidays.
