About the Role
Based from our Rockhampton office, you'll support clients acrossRockhampton, Gladstone, Biloela, the Gemfields and surrounding communities.
You'll work directly with older people, families, residential aged care facilities and service providers to ensure clients are informed, supported and empowered.
No two days are the same.
You may be:
Advocating for clients to resolve concerns
Supporting people to understand their rights and options
Delivering education sessions in the community
Building relationships with aged care providers and stakeholders
Promoting ADA Australia's services across the region
Regular travel throughout Central Queensland is required, including occasional overnight stays.
About You
We're looking for someone who builds trusted relationships, communicates with confidence, adapts to changing circumstances, and is passionate about empowering vulnerable people to understand their rights and be heard.
You may have experience in:
Community services
Aged care
Disability services
Health or allied health
Counselling
Case management
Advocacy
Legal support
Education Previous aged care advocacy experience is not essential.

Current Australian Driver's Licence
Current National Criminal History Certificate
