DIDO Security Officer - 14/7 Roster (Regional NSW Location)

We are currently seeking experienced Security Officers to join our team working on a Regional NSW site on a full-time basis.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing security services company providing services to an exciting infrastructure project.
This site is in Regional NSW, and offers14 days on, 7 days off roster.
Accommodation and Meals are provided.This is a Drive-in-Drive-Our Role, starting from Cooma, NSW.
What You'll Be Doing
Guarding and monitoring assigned sites to ensure the safety and security of people, property and assets
Responding to and managing incidents, emergencies and alarm activations in a professional and timely manner
Conducting access control and visitor management procedures for site staff & contractors
Maintaining detailed incident and shift logs
Adhering to all company policies, procedures and relevant legislation
Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders




What We're Looking For
Minimum 6 months' experience as a security guard or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive and vigilant approach to security
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Current NSW Security License, RSA & White Card is required for this position
Unrestricted Drivers Licence
Full Australian work rights
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Outstanding (verbal and written) English language and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously on the 14 days on, 7 days off roster
