Job Description
FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience/Inside Sales representative in Australia to handle service enquiries from bicycle shops and process orders across email, phone, and B2B channels.
You will partner with brand managers and sales teams to grow dealer sales, build robust dealer relationships, and respond promptly to product questions with a professional approach.
The role requires 2–3 years of customer experience, high school diploma, and work rights in Australia.
