The role covers farming, manufacturing, warehousing, sales and dispatch across NSW operations and reports to the HR Manager.
The successful candidate will maintain records, manage incidents, support WHS policies, and coordinate Workers Compensation and Return to Work programs, with a focus on a secure workplace culture and compliance.
