You'll be helping to coordinate digital campaigns from start to finish – making sure they are delivered on time, within budget and achieve robust results.
About the role

Support the delivery of digital fundraising campaigns, working closely with the fundraising team to coordinate campaign requirements, timelines, budgets and results.
Help manage and optimise paid digital advertising, supporting fundraising appeals and always-on campaigns and helping to achieve ROI targets.
Create and manage digital content across the WIRES website, digital advertising and social media.
Create engaging video and visual content for use across WIRES programs, campaigns and digital channels.
Support website growth and performance, helping to improve SEO and SEM and increase website traffic, engagement and conversions.

Support A/B testing across campaign landing pages and paid digital campaigns, helping to improve conversion rates and digital performance.
Keep up to date with digital trends and opportunities, bringing new ideas to the team to help WIRES better engage existing audiences and reach new supporters.
About you
We're looking for someone who is digitally savvy, curious, organised and eager to make a genuine difference for vulnerable Aussie wildlife.
You'll enjoy being hands-on, working across different digital channels and using data and insights to understand what works and continually improve performance.
You will ideally have:
At least 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally with exposure to HubSpot website management, paid advertising, social media and digital campaigns.
Tertiary qualifications in social media, digital marketing, communications or similar
Experience editing websites and creating or updating landing pages, forms and calls-to-action.
Experience with Meta advertising and Google Ads, with an understanding of campaign optimisation and performance.
Experience creating and editing short-form video and visual content for digital channels.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new digital opportunities.
A genuine interest in wildlife, conservation and making a positive difference.
