Spring has sprung!
We are seeking a reliable & motivated Gardener to join our team to maintain the presentation & upkeep of our Body Corporate & Development portfolio on aFULLTIME PERMENANTbasis.
Key Responsibilities:
Lawn mowing (both ride-on & push mowers), edging, and trimming
Pruning and maintaining shrubs and trees
Seasonal garden maintenance, including fertilizing and mulching
General property upkeep, including cleaning of areas and pressure washing
Use of chemicals to control weeds and cleaning
Managing and maintaining garden tools and equipment
Pool Water testing and cleaning
Other general garden maintenance as required
What We're Looking For:
Experience in gardening, using hand tools & powered equipment safely and effectively
Ability to work independently and in a team
Reliability
Ability to perform physical tasks,



including lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions
Valid driver's license, favourable if you can drive a manual and reverse a trailer
Basic IT knowledge, we use AROFLO job management software.

Uniforms
A Motor vehicle will be provided during work hours for work related travel.
Tools & equipment
Regular day scheduled start and finish times 6.30am – 3pm (No weekend work)
Rostered day off option
Pre-employment Medical:
Due to the nature of the work, the successful applicant will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening.
