Tradewind Australia is partnering with a community services organisation in Melbourne (Victoria) to recruit a Case Manager for the Tenancy Plus Program.
This role involves supporting tenants to sustain their housing and build tenancy skills, making a tangible difference in their lives.

About the Role
You will manage a caseload of tenants, providing tailored support and casework within a strengths-based, client-centered framework.
Your work will focus on assisting individuals to maintain their tenancies and develop the skills needed for long-term housing stability.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with tenants to assess their needs and develop personalised support plans
Provide ongoing tenancy and life skills support to assist clients in maintaining their housing
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate services
Monitor progress and adapt strategies to meet tenants' evolving needs
Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in accordance with organisational protocols
What You'll Bring
Essential
Relevant qualification in social work, community services, or a related field
Experience in tenancy support, case management or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid Australian Working with Children Check and/or relevant clearances
Desirable
Previous experience working with vulnerable or at-risk populations
Knowledge of tenancy laws and housing policies in Victoria
