We are seeking an experiencedProgram Managerto lead large-scaleDeposit Migration and Product Harmonisationinitiatives within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of deposit migration programs, ensuring successful transition of customers, products, and balances.
Drive product harmonisation activities across legacy and target platforms to simplify and standardise banking products.
Manage cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
Develop and oversee program plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure regulatory, operational, and customer outcomes are achieved throughout the migration lifecycle.
Key Requirements
Proven experience deliveringdeposit migration programsin banking or financial services.




Robust background inproduct harmonisation, core banking transformation, or platform consolidation initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
Strong leadership, risk management, and communication skills.
Experience working within regulated environments and large-scale transformation programs.
Preferred
Experience in retail banking deposits, savings, transaction accounts, or core banking modernisation.
Relevant program management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
