At Jarrett Jewellery you will have the opportunity to work in a local business in a multi-faceted role that includes sales, jewellery design, remodelling & repairs.

Tasks and responsibilities
Sales of diamond jewellery and gemstones, progress to one-on-one design consultations when ready
Provide advice in relation to jewellery and watch repairs (training provided)
Maintain established customer service standards
Visual merchandising (guidance provided)
Share of various administrative tasks associated with running a modern jewellery business that has a physical store, an e-commerce website and social media presence

Skills and Experience
Sales experience either in a retail or wholesale context. Experience or genuine interest in jewellery or fashion a must. Trend awareness essential. Design or artistic experience in any creative field is an advantage. We hire for attitude and will invest in jewellery-specific skills for the right candidate
Confidence with computers is a must. We use a range of software including AI tools for efficiency and to help us deliver superior customer service.




Minimum 1+ years of sales experience required
A delight in problem solving will help you assess items requiring repair or refurbishment
Positive oral and written communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
