We’re looking for an experienced Baker to join our production team.

This is a hands-on role starting at 4:00am, suited to someone who is motivated, reliable and confident working autonomously in a busy bakery workplace.

The role

You’ll be responsible for the daily production of our bread range, including:
Mixing and preparing doughs
Dividing, shaping and moulding bread
Managing fermentation and proofing
Baking and oven management
Following daily production schedules and quantities
Maintaining consistent quality across all products
Preparing the bakery for service and ensuring products are ready on time
Managing ingredients, stock rotation and reducing waste
Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe production area
Working closely with the wider pastry and production team

We’re looking for someone who:
Has solid qualified bakery experience
Understands dough, fermentation, shaping and baking




Can confidently manage their own production and workload
Is organised and able to work efficiently during early-morning production
Takes pride in consistency and quality
Is reliable, positive and motivated
Can work both independently and as part of a small team

Hours: Full-time, starting from 4:00am.

Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship may be available for the right qualified candidate following successful completion of the probation period, subject to eligibility and applicable immigration requirements.

Pay: $78,000.00 – $84,000.00 per year
