Available Roles
Before and after school support for children and families
Day shifts supporting adults with psychosocial disabilities
In-home and community support for children during school holiday periods
Please note: Our services are trauma-informed and primarily psychosocial in focus, with minimal personal care required.
Essential Requirements
Current (or willingness to obtain)
Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
Minimum green P driver’s licence
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Relevant experience or current study in disability, youth work, community services, psychology or a related field
Strong alignment with our organisational values and commitment to delivering support “The Village Way”

Experience supporting individuals with complex or trauma-related presentations
