About the role

This is a hands-on Customer Service position where no two days are quite the same, working in a busy B2B setting as part of a supportive Customer Service team managing customer enquiries, processing orders and returns, resolving issues and working closely with Sales, Warehouse, Inventory and Accounts teams.

Key responsibilities
Managing a high volume of customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing and amending customer orders accurately
Checking stock availability and providing backorder and ETA updates
Tracking deliveries and assisting with freight and courier enquiries
Processing returns and replacement orders
Resolving customer issues and complaints professionally
Providing product, pricing and online ordering support
Liaising with Warehouse, Sales, Inventory, Accounts and other internal teams
Providing general Customer Service and administrative support as required

About you
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience – essential
Previous Customer Service experience,



ideally within wholesale, distribution or a similar environment
Experience processing customer orders within an ERP system
Strong phone and email communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Confidence resolving customer enquiries and problems
A positive, proactive and team-focused approach
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Experience within the uniform, apparel, wholesale or distribution industry would be highly regarded
