RISE Personal Training is seeking a passionate, energetic and results-driven Studio Manager / Personal Trainer to join our boutique fitness studio.

This is an exciting chance for an experienced Personal Trainer ready to take the next step into a leadership role while continuing to work closely with clients.

About the Role
Deliver 1:1 Personal Training sessions
Lead engaging small group training
Support clients to achieve their fitness goals
Assist with day-to-day studio operations
Manage client experience, bookings and relationships
Help drive studio growth and create a positive team culture

About You
Certificate III & IV in Fitness
Experience in Personal Training and small group training
Positive, energetic and skilled attitude
Solid communication and organisational skills
Leadership or studio management experience highly regarded
