Front Garden Weed & Root Removal + Light Levelling.

I have a front garden of approximately 70 sqm that is currently covered with low weeds and grass. plus two "former" garden beds in the back(~4 and 10 sqm) needs to be restored.

I’m looking for an experienced gardener to properly prepare the area for mulch and some future garden beds.

The job includes: Remove the existing weeds and grass, including as much of the root system/runners as reasonably possible
The priority is proper weed and root removal, rather than simply cutting or cultivating the weeds into the soil
Lightly loosen/dig the soil where necessary
Remove any obvious weed roots and runners
Lightly level the ground to remove the small uneven areas




Rake and leave the soil reasonably smooth and ready for mulching
Keep all existing plants — please do not damage or remove them
No herbicide/weed killer, please。 Green waste can be left on site for me to put into my green bin, so no green-waste removal is required.
Please provide a fixed total price after inspecting the garden, rather than an hourly rate.
