Due to the growth of our business, we are now seeking a Full‐Time Trainee Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic, professional, and friendly team.
What will you be doing?
The position is full‐time and is required to work from our Petrie Office.
Responsibilities of the role include:




General administrative duties including reception and managing client phone calls
Assist with property routine inspections, including photography using company iPad
Produce routine inspection reports via PropertyMe and PropertyMe Manager
Assist with property maintenance and arrange work orders with contractors
Assist with entry condition reports for both existing and new properties under management
Assist with exit condition reports
Produce high‐quality entry and exit condition reports including photography
Property management assistance to the Property Management Team
Assist with property digital marketing and advertising and launch properties on real estate portals
Processing tenancy applications and liaising with owners to confirm tenant selection
Assist with tenant sign‐ups and property handover
Filing owner, property, and tenant documentation
Meeting Key Performance Indicators
Other property management duties as required
What credentials do you need?
We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and disciplined person who wants to learn and develop a career in the real estate industry.
AT A MINIMUM YOU MUST HAVE:
Provisional Driver's Licence – with no limitations on your driving
Great communication skills - you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills.
Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel
Desire to learn and improve your skills and knowledge
Good results in English at high school
Completion of Business subjects at high school or Certificate III Business is an advantage
Knowledge or practical common sense about property problems and potential problems, including gardens, pools, structures, general repairs/maintenance,



and the ability to identify a potential or obvious problem/danger
Local area knowledge is an advantage

Salary Package
This is a traineeship role.
Junior rates are applicable for applicants under 20 years.
