Job Description
Endeavour Group seeks a Head of Loyalty - ALH to lead loyalty programs across 350+ pubs, hotels and venues nationwide.
The role is hybrid, based in Sydney or Melbourne, reporting to the General Manager - Loyalty & Customer Strategy and guiding two direct reports.
You will set strategic loyalty direction, drive growth, ROI, and partner with data teams to deliver personalised offers across dining, bars and gaming within in-venue experiences.
