Job Description
Astrum Recruitment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a high-volume team supporting one of Australia's largest infrastructure projects.
You'll manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with Hiring Managers and deliver solid candidate experiences across national and international hiring.
Based in Smithfield with hybrid work (2 days from home), you will develop sourcing strategies, create job ads, screen applicants and conduct structured interviews.
