Belgravia Health and Leisure Group Pty Ltd, operating Genesis Fitness clubs, is seeking a Member Services Officer in Cairns.
You will drive member acquisition, deliver outstanding service, and promote club programs and services to members and prospective clients.
Key duties include warm sales tours, bookings, enrolments, and maintaining a high standard of customer care.
Prior experience in fitness, sales, or retail is advantageous, with a friendly attitude and service mindset encouraged.
