The Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Service Administrator to support our Service Department.
This role is critical to ensuring the smooth coordination of technicians, service calls and customer communication.
You will be the central link between customers, technicians and management, helping maintain efficient day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently
Coordinate daily service runs and manage technician calendars
Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates
Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
Process service reports, invoices, and administrative paperwork




Assist the Service Manager with reporting and performance tracking
Support inventory coordination and parts ordering
Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery
Maintain professional communication with customers and staff
About You
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
Able to prioritise tasks in a rapid paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Previous administration or customer service experience preferred
Experience in HVAC, trades or service based industries advantageous but not essential
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
