Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Nursery Hand to join our busy production nursery in Jamberoo.
This is a full-time position suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has a genuine interest in plants and the environment.
About the Role
As a Nursery Hand, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of a production nursery, assisting with plant care, propagation, and general maintenance to ensure high-quality stock is produced.
Key Responsibilities
Seedling tubestock production, potting, and spacing of nursery stock
Watering, fertilising, and general plant care and stock maintenance
Monitoring plant health and reporting issues
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas
Strong attention to detail, enjoys repetitive work




Excellent health and fitness level (role involves manual outdoor work)
Genuine interest in horticulture and the environment
Ability to work effectively within a team

Immediate Start
This position is fulltime - 38hrs week
Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.00pm
Friday - 7.30am - 1.30pm
