Norcino is an Italian joint based in Pyrmont, open for Breakfast and Lunch 7 days from 7am to 3 pm and Dinner 4 days, Thursday to Monday from 5pm.

Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year or $25 - $33 per hour

Based on level of experience and skillset

Wednesday to Sunday 7am to 3pm

Requirements
Experience in a food or bakery workplace
Measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes
Combine measured ingredients in mixers or blenders
Prepare and bake Maritozzi buns, Doughnuts, Roman Pizza bread and Italian Tarts following set recipes
Prepare and check condition of equipment and devices used for baking
Check the quality of ingredients
Monitor oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times
Complete Production Sheets
Prepare all the service order including brekky roll and pizza sandwich
Adhere to health and safety standards
Reliable and punctual
Has a good work ethic
Is able to work in a team setting
Can read and understand and speak English
