APG Workforce is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator to join a busy flower production facility located in High Wycombe.

This is a casual position with ongoing work available for the right candidate.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position where you'll spend approximately 70% of your time assisting with warehouse and production duties, while operating a forklift to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Operating a forklift for loading, unloading, and receiving deliveries.
Organising and storing stock within pallet racking.
Supplying products and materials to the production team.
Pick packing and preparing outbound orders.
Refilling and emptying floral buckets.




Processing incoming deliveries.
Operating pallet jacks as required.
Sorting flowers and related products.
General warehouse housekeeping.
Collecting and disposing of rubbish to maintain a clean work environment.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current High Risk Forklift (LF) Licence.
Previous forklift and warehouse experience.
A strong work ethic and willingness to assist with manual tasks.
Positive attention to detail and the ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
A commitment to workplace health and safety.
Reliable transport to High Wycombe.
