Casual Male or Female Disability Support Worker – Immediate Start

Location: Gympie, QLD
Pay Rate: $40–$42 per hour

Providence Care Australia is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Male or Female Disability Support Worker to support a lovely female participant living in Gympie.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and providing person-centred support to help participants achieve greater independence and community involvement.

Available Shifts
Personal Care & Community Support: Weekly, Monday 9:00am – 2:00pm and Wednesday 9:00am- 2:00pm
Optional Additional Hours: Cleaning 2 hours per day Per Week, if the successful applicant is available and willing to provide cleaning services but optional

If you are unable to provide the cleaning shifts, the fortnightly 10-hour support shift is still available.

Support with household tasks and light domestic duties
Assist with shopping and community access
Promote independence and daily living skills
Build a positive, respectful,



and supportive relationship with the participant

Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or a related qualification
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable
Patient, calm, compassionate, and reliable
A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
