Paradise Bar Echuca is seeking an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our small, high-performing team.

This role suits a confident, skilled bartender who knows their classics, understands cost control, and can create exciting cocktails that align with a tropical, high-end venue.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality cocktails, excellent customer service, and maintaining strong operational standards across the bar.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails to a high standard
Develop new cocktails in line with current trends and our tropical venue style
Complete cocktail costings (COGs) for all new menu items
Maintain accurate stocktakes and assist with stock ordering
Work collaboratively with our restaurant and café teams to coordinate stock ordering and transfers
Ensure food safety, hygiene, cleaning schedules, and temperature checks are maintained
Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting
Work independently when required and as part of a small team

Essential Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-end cocktail bar
Robust knowledge of classic cocktails and cocktail techniques
Excellent customer service and communication skills




High level of English language proficiency
Sound understanding of bar operations, stock control, and food safety
Ability to work evenings and late nights
Unrestricted Australian driver's licence and reliable transport
Valid work visa required for employment in Australia
Flexibility to work mixed shift patterns including days, evenings, and weekends

Highly Regarded
Experience working in premium or cocktail-focused venues
Confidence in menu development and creative cocktail design
Experience working across multiple hospitality venues or groups
