The role requires someone:
Can understand all in store retail operations
Understand policy & procedures
Is Hands on, energetic & vibrant
Has prior experience in retail
Has the ability to create a positive team environment
Has the ability to motivate and influence the team you work with every day
Have the ability to achieve and exceed KPI's
Has solid experience to drive amazing customer service
Demonstrates a "team player" attitude
Previous VM experience
Must be available to work on weekends
