About the role
Reporting directly to the owners, you will set the strategic direction of the business and be accountable for its overall growth, performance and long-term success. You will lead the senior team across sales, finance, operations, manufacturing, supply chain and people, while identifying and driving recent opportunities for growth.

Significant senior leadership CEO experience.
Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, agriculture or consumer products.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Experience managing operations and supply chains.
Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
A track record of growing revenue and improving business performance.
Key responsibilities
Set and drive the company’s strategic direction and long-term growth.
Lead and develop the leadership team, creating a high-performance culture.
Drive revenue, market growth and commercial performance across all channels.
Own overall financial performance, profitability and business planning.
Build a scalable, effective and accountable business across all operations.
Lead the business's AI and digital transformation to improve efficiency and scalability.
Develop and strengthen key customer, supplier and strategic partnerships.
Identify and capitalise on new markets, products and growth opportunities.
Ensure the business maintains the highest standards of quality, compliance and governance.

We produce 100% pure Australian honey and play an significant role in pollinating crops, while supplying major supermarkets, independent retailers, food manufacturers and loyal customers.
