Join a growing logistics business in a newly created role! We are seeking a Customer Service & Administration skilled to join a growing logistics business in Glendenning. This is a varied role supporting an established team and working with a portfolio of blue-chip clients. You'll manage customer enquiries, order and delivery queries, administration and data entry, while liaising with transport providers to ensure issues are followed through to resolution.

This is not a traditional call‑centre role — we're looking for someone proactive, adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Investigating order, delivery and inventory queries
Liaising with transport providers to resolve delivery issues
Using internal systems to investigate orders and provide customer updates
Completing general administration and data entry
Updating customer inventory information in SAP
Maintaining accurate records in the OrderPoint CRM/order management system
Supporting the existing team with day-to-day administration
Proactively communicating with customers and following issues through to resolution
Building solid relationships with key client accounts

About You

Previous customer service and/or administration experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
