Job Description
Inventory Coordinator – Port of Brisbane
Grade 3 | $***** per hour + super
Join ACFS and take ownership of inventory in a rapid-paced logistics environment!
What you'll do
Lead site inventory and stock control processes
Manage WMS transactions, stock gains/losses and housekeeping
Coordinate daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts and stocktakes
Monitor stock accuracy, rotation and quality control
Manage customer credits and claims
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and drive continuous improvement
Develop SOPs and support team training
What you'll bring
Experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics or supply chain
Strong WMS/ERP knowledge – super-user capability highly regarded
Confident IT skills, including Excel, Outlook and Word
Proven experience improving inventory accuracy and performance
Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills
A proactive approach to process improvement and customer service
