Job Description
DCT Hospitality Group Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Leader for our Gosford café in New South Wales.
You will head a small kitchen team, ensure quality prep and prompt service of our easy, crowd-pleasing menu, and work closely with the owner and café manager on seasonal dishes.
Responsibilities include inventory management, maintaining high hygiene standards, and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
A Level 4 Award pay rate plus weekly allowances are offered; drivers licence and reliable
