Job Description
Endeavour Group is seeking a Head of Loyalty - Retail to lead loyalty programs for Dan Murphy's and BWS, reporting to the General Manager - Loyalty & Customer Strategy.
You'll drive strategic direction, growth, and commercial performance across 9+ million members and 1,740+ stores, shaping value propositions and loyalty signals across in-store, online, and app channels.
