Favgrow pty ltd is looking for a passionate, career-minded gardener to join our team on a casual basis. We manage a boutique portfolio of high-rise rooftop and containerised gardens across inner Melbourne. This isn't your standard garden maintenance role, and we're not your standard garden maintenance business.

About the role:
Casual position, 5 days per week (approx. 36–38 hours)
Working across a variety of rooftop and containerised gardens throughout inner Melbourne
Based out of Richmond
All tools provided

Day-to-day duties include:
Topiary and hedging
Weeding
Fertilising
Soil testing
Pest and disease identification and treatment
Plant analysis
Data logging
Irrigation system monitoring and maintenance

What we're looking for:
Previous horticultural experience is essential
A Certificate in Horticulture is preferred
Someone genuinely pursuing a career in horticulture, with a true passion for plants
Attention to detail and a solid work ethic
