Job Description

WELA is seeking an experienced Communications and Engagement Director to lead our growing teams and steer the strategic direction of communications, storytelling, community and brand. This is a core leadership role alongside the CEO and Leadership Programs Director.

You will build the profile of WELA and women's leadership for our workplace, expand the reach of our alumni and partners, and establish a national narrative about climate solutions led by women and gender-diverse people.
