Job Description
FemEdge Solutions seeks a hands-on Financial Controller to lead the finance function for a Melbourne-based construction and property group.
You'll manage multi-entity accounting, intercompany loans, cash forecasts, budgets and tax compliance, reporting to the owner and GM, and drive value through systems, AI-assisted reporting and process improvements.
You'll work across project costing, funding, procurement and sales cycles, with autonomy to shape the function as the group scales.
