Job Description
Reporting into the Finance Manager and based out of their Bunbury offices, the key scope of this role includes:
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Provide insights on financial performance to stakeholders.
Oversee month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, including operations team.
Dealing with site and WIP accounting.
People leadership of 1 x Assistant Accountant.
The successful candidate will possess the following traits:
CA/CPA Qualified (desired).
Prior experience working within a projects-based or operational environment.
Exposure to budgeting & forecasting.
Peopleleadership/mentorshipexposure.Proficiencyin financial analysis and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills (site based).
