Job Description
Thomas Adams Solicitors' are seeking an experienced conveyancing clerk to join our legal practice in St Marys NSW.
This is a preferably full-time role that will see you playing a key part in our property law team, providing expert guidance and support to our valued clients throughout conveyancing transactions.
What you'll be doing
Assisting clients with all aspects of property transactions, including contract preparation, title searches, settlement procedures and post-completion matters
Liaising with external stakeholders such as real estate agents, lenders and government authorities
Managing an organized and efficient workload to meet tight deadlines
Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
What we're looking for
conveyancing clerk in NSW with experience in property law and conveyancing for preferably a full time role (may consider part time)
knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation and PEXA processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to explain in writing and verbally, complex legal matters in clear, client-friendly language
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize a varied workload
