Your key responsibilities will include providing general administrative support to the team, managing purchase orders and invoices, supporting inventory activities, and maintaining SharePoint and document management systems.
Key responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the team
Administer and maintain the contract register
Assist with day-to-day purchasing and inventory administration
Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders
Send and fulfil orders
Monitor purchase order status and provide updates
Record and confirm receipt of goods and services
Process invoices
About you
2–3 years' experience in an administration, purchasing, inventory, accounts or procurement support role
Good communication skills and approachable
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Valuable sense of urgency and able to prioritise effectively
Comfortable with routine and repetitive administrative work
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Comfortable learning and working with SharePoint and other internal systems
Neat, organised and safety-conscious approach to work
Reliable and willing to support the wider team
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be an advantage, but is not essential, as training will be provided
