Job Description
Pathfinder Recruitment seeks a commercially driven Managing Director to own a profitable Managed IT Services business in Melbourne.
You'll lead strategy, P&L;, clients, team, go-to-market and growth with autonomy from the owner, aiming to triple revenue and EBITDA.
Reporting directly to the CEO of the parent group, you'll leverage a six-person engineering team, mature service delivery, and access to cyber security and AI-enabled tooling for scalable growth.
