We have multiple positions ranging from Permanent Part time to Casual.

Duties & responsibilities
About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering participants to live independently, achieve their goals, and engage fully within their communities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalised, one-on-one support tailored to individual goals and support plans
Support participants with ASD, psychosocial disabilities, and other support needs
Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and community access
Support emotional regulation, routines,



life skills development, and capacity building
Facilitate social, recreational, and community participation activities
Build solid, trusting, and professional relationships with participants
Collaborate with allied health professionals and other stakeholders to ensure holistic care
Advocate for participant choice, independence, and inclusion
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in line with organisational requirements
About You
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Respectful and committed to person-centred practice
Confident supporting individuals with ASD and mental health challenges
Passionate about empowering people to achieve their goals
Able to work independently while remaining part of a collaborative team
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Current enrolment in Certificate III in Individual Support is acceptable
Current First Aid and CPR Certification
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Driver Licence
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance suitable for work purposes
Strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centred support practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience supporting people with ASD andpsychosocial/mentalhealth disabilities
Minimum 1 year experience supporting people with ASD andpsychosocial/mentalhealth disabilities
Desired Experience
Minimum 1–2 years' experience within the disability support sector
