Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Preparation of monthly financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations
Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes with variance analysis
Preparing monthly management reports and financial analysis




Partnering with operational teams on revenue and cost performance
Managing month-end processes including journals and GL reconciliations
Supporting audit requirements and ensuring compliance with financial policies
Analysing financial results and identifying key performance trends
Assisting with improvements to reporting processes and financial controls
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years of accounting experience, either as a Management or Financial Accountant within a commercial business or from a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm looking to move into industry.
You will have experience with cloud-based software, advanced Excel skills, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and great attention to detail.
