Our longstanding client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team, overseeing residential builds across Sydney's North West.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone passionate about the industry and looking to build a long term career in construction. You will work directly under a management team that have been in the industry for years.

About the role
Supervise multiple builds across the North West Sydney area
Coordinate trades, schedules and daily workloads
Keep regular, weekly contact with the client
Keep the company up to date on progress and performance

Skills & experience
Cert III in Carpentry & Cert IV in Building & Construction
Experience working within the custom home or project home space highly regarded




A good attitude and willingness to progress within the industry. There is plenty of opportunity to grow within this business

About you
A minimum of 1 year supervising residential builds in Australia
Well organised and skilled in presentation - this is a client facing role, so a high standard of personal presentation is essential
You are motivated to build a career in the industry. Lots of training provided for the right candidate

The salary for this position is adaptable depending on experience - $100K - $135K + Super + Car.
