Penfold Projects Gold Coast and Brisbane Office are on the hunt for more Site Supervisors! Full time position available $80,000 - $100,000/annum pro rata, depending on experience.

To be successful you must have the following:
Access to a ute or vehicle (preferable) - or company ute provided.
Experience in landscaping construction industry (highly regarded)
A current Construction White Card
3+ years in Landscape/Construction industry or industry similar (highly regarded)
Cert III in Landscape Construction or similar (highly regarded)

Tasks and Responsibilities (Supervisors/Leading Hands):
Able to deliver both hard and soft landscaping works according to drawings, scope and specifications
Effective, fit for purpose co-ordination of materials/deliveries/mobile plant/sub-contractors and staff
Supervisor QBCC license also preferable
General day-to-day management and supervision of a job site including managing a team
Measuring,



calculating quantities and ordering of any additional materials as required
Reading and understanding of plans, drawings, scope and specifications
Experience in implementing Workplace Health & Safety procedures and policies, including following SWMS, conducting Toolbox Talks etc
Communicate effectively & efficiently in a skilled manner with builders/clients and to co-ordinate works with other trades
Be pro-active to eliminate or reduce hazardous work conditions and reviewing work methods as required
