Working as part of a qualified kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting quality meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, consistency and efficiency.

Key responsibilities
Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
Assisting with food preparation and service during busy trading periods
Maintaining food quality, presentation and portion control standards
Following food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements
Assisting with stock rotation, storage and inventory control
Supporting a positive and cooperative kitchen culture
Contributing to the ongoing success and reputation of our food offering

About you
A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Solid technical cookery skills and food presentation standards
Sound understanding of food safety, HACCP and kitchen hygiene requirements
Knowledge of stock rotation, storage and waste minimisation practices




Experience working in fast-paced hospitality venues
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
