Australian Turf is seeking an HR and Safety Advisor to own HR and workplace safety across four farms in Queensland and Victoria.
Base at Allenview farm, you will deliver practical HR support, recruitment, injury management and safety systems while partnering with senior leaders and site teams.
The role requires solid employment law knowledge, robust communication and the ability to travel interstate to all farms.
A meaningful impact on culture and safety is expected.
