Qualified Arborist / Horticulturalist

Kambium Arboricultural Services is looking for a passionate Arborist / Horticulturalist to join our team.

We deliver high-quality, science-based tree care that improves tree health, enhances landscapes, and delivers practical, long-term outcomes. You’ll work closely with clients, see the direct impact of your work, and play an integral role within a small, experienced team that takes pride in delivering work to a consistently high standard.

What You'll Need
Relevant industry experience (essential)
Arboriculture or horticulture qualifications (essential)
MR truck licence (essential)
White Card (essential)
Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain (essential)
Physical fitness for manual outdoor work, and a genuine commitment to safe work practices

Practical pruning experience, climbing experience, machinery operation, and solid technical tree and plant knowledge are all highly regarded — as are a genuine pride in doing the job properly, reliability, and a robust work ethic.
